Hi Friends, I'm Renee!

I'm a wife, mom, recent grandma (Oma), dog mom, and breast cancer survivor who loves spending time cooking and baking for family and friends in the kitchen.

When it comes to this food blog, I'm basically a one-woman show who's learned everything about food blogging from the front end (what you see) and all that goes on behind the scenes (technical, publishing, producing, writing, editing, and not the least of it, recipe development) in my slow, self-diagnosed learning disabled way.

For the past fifteen+ years, publishing this food blog has been a process where I am continually learning, growing, and challenging myself to do things I would have never expected I'd want (or even attempt) to do, but because this blog is, and always has been, my passion project, I'm beyond proud of what I've been able to accomplish, and I continue to do it for YOU, and for ME!
